STRONGBUILD, A DISPERSIBLE POLYMER POWDER

STRONGBUILD is a multi-purpose free-flowing, white powder obtained by spray drying of a specially designed polymeric aqueous dispersion. It is based of polyaminotriazine chemistry. When blended with water, it provides the properties such as excellent adhesion, mechanical strength, flexibility, flowability (during application), and water resistance in the formulation.

ARCL is a pioneer in innovative powder resin technology for diverse applications, from the construction additives to wood industry, functional adhesives, specialty chemicals, foundry, automotive friction material, and paper packaging.

SHELF LIFE & STORAGE

Shelf life of this additive pack is 6 months from the date of manufacturing in closed storage condition at 20 – 25℃.

STRONGBUILD should be stored in a cool and dry place with properly sealed condition.

Application in Gypsum mould:

• ARCL innovative additive is proven to be very useful to enhance the mechanical strength and water resistance properties of Gypsum structure.
• 70±5% improvement in compressive strength with the ARCL additive can be achieved compared to control (without any additive) upon addition of 16-20% dosage with respect to the total amount of gypsum.

• ARCL innovative additive is proven to be very useful to enhance the mechanical strength and water resistance properties of Gypsum structure.

• In case of ARCL additive based gypsum moulds, the structure remains very stable during water immersion test, showing its remarkable water resistance and reinforcement effect, whereas the gypsum mould without any additive deforms upon such prolonged water immersion.

• Moreover, this new additive can be 5-10% cost-effective compared to the conventional water repelling agents/additives for gypsum system. It comes in powder form, therefore it is easy to process, transport and store.

• Strongbuild 059MT – for improved water resistance in mortar.
• Strongbuild 059HT – for improved adhesion strength in wall putty
