Indian Decorative Industry is growing rapidly day by day as more & more newcomers are entering into the field with ever-new slogans and it is heartening to see that at present more than 150 decorative species are already available in the market.
Due to the entry of newcomers, market competition has increased a lot, which is already dominated mostly by big houses. The huge market competition has led to improve the quality of the products and increase in varieties. But as almost all decorative veneers, blocks are imported but the gluing system is not, Indian decorative industry is still struggling to find a solution to avoid B-grades & rejections that mainly arise due to black marks, and also bubbles on the surface after thinner application, which is hardly seen abroad. We feel happy to serve the Indian Market, providing it with the latest systems from time to time, particularly for the most difficult species and Recons, which are becoming thinner & thinner day-by-day.
We have studied a lot about this sector & from our international exposures we have observed that one system cannot be suitable for all types of species. We must change the system according to the biological characteristics of the veneer.
But the only thing, which is universal is that the resin used for all Decorative Overlaying is MUF. The percentage of Melamine varies, and some speciality chemicals have to be inducted separately to the system for Burls; Thinner Recons particularly for the white one, and White species like White Cedar, Beech etc. Our product range like MUF (MR), MUF (BR), 202G, 201G etc. are meant for different gluing systems applicable for all types of Decorative Veneers.
The main advantages of the powder resin are as below:
To prepare glue for Decorative Overlaying, resin is one of the ingredients but the right kind of extender, filler, modifier, wetting agent enhances the glue quality. For this reason, our formulated products 202G and 201G give better performance than MUF resin.
Today we can proudly say that we have the solution for overlaying all types of Decorative Veneers available in India & we promptly solve problems, if any, faced by the industry, by sending representatives from our Technical Service Department. We are also proud to say that our gluing system is accepted & adopted by some of the big concerns like Subhnen Veneers, Durian, True Wood, Samrat, Venus etc. This has raised our confidence level furthermore.
